Operating rules for construction lifts and material hoist

一．             Pre operation examination items should be in accordance with the following requirements：

C.      All the wire ropes are fixed, no abnormal wear;

D.      No obstacles in operation;

二．             Before starting, check and make sure that the cable is in the zero position. After power is turned on, should check and confirm the voltage is normal, should test no leakage phenomenon. Should test and confirm the limiting device, cage ladder, enclosure door, etc. the interlock device is good and reliable, electric appliances, instruments and meters, sensitive and effective, after the start should be no-load lifting test, determination of the transmission brake efficiency, confirm normal rear can start work.

三．             The operator should according to the command signal operation, before operation of. Before the lift off the power switch, the operator may not leave the operation.

四．             When the building hoist is found to have abnormal conditions, should immediately stop and take effective measures to lower the ladder cage to the end, to remove the fault can continue to run. When the electrical control is found in the operation, press the emergency stop button immediately.

五．             Lift in heavy rain, fog, six and above the wind and rail, cable and other ice, we must stop running, and the ladder cage down to the end, cut off power. After the storm, the safety device of the elevator should be checked, and the group can run.

六．             When the lift is running to the upper or lower level, it is forbidden to use the travel limit switch as the control switch to stop running.

七．             When the lift in operation due to the power or other reasons and stop, down by hand, the motor is arranged at the tail end of the braking electromagnet manual release handle slowly out, the ladder cage slowly downward slide. When the ladder is in decline, it is not allowed to exceed the rated operating speed, and manual drop must be operated by professional maintenance personnel.

八．             After the operation, the ladder should be reduced to the end of the floor, the control switch to zero, cut off power, the lock good switch box, closed ladder cage door and door.
